Etron is rebranding as andwis entrances.

We are delighted to announce that from 10 August 2026, Etron began trading as andwis entrances, alongside our fellow entrance businesses within the andwis Group.

This decision further aligns our businesses and strengthens our ability to deliver a more connected and integrated service for our customers.

Please be assured that there will be no changes to the way we work with you. Your existing contacts within the business remain the same, and our account details are unchanged.

To provide further clarity, we’ve answered some common questions below.

Since joining the andwis family of businesses, Etron has worked closely with the other entrance companies within the Group to deliver a full breadth of services for commercial doors, shutter, gates and entry systems.

With a shared culture, expertise, and geographical reach, our teams are excited to bring these capabilities together under one brand. By combining our strengths, we can build on the strong foundations we have independently established to deliver a highly reputable, industry-leading entrance service, including:

  • Automatic doors
  • Industrial doors
  • Automatic gates
  • Traffic barriers

By bringing the entrance businesses within the andwis Group together under one name, customers will benefit from:

  • A full and varied range of self-delivered services to support your business
  • Greater internal collaboration across our core locations
  • Expanded field expertise, with a larger team of experienced entrance engineers

It is important to emphasise that the way we work with you will not change.

Our project teams, engineers, and helpdesk will remain fully operational, and you will continue working with your usual contacts within the business.

This approach allows us to maintain our strong regional presence while operating at national scale, retaining the trusted people you already know.

From 10th August 2026, we will begin trading as andwis entrances. This reflects our alignment within the andwis Group and supports a more unified national entrance service.

This is a trading name change only. Your contract remains with the same legal entity, company number, and registered office.

No. All existing contracts, commercial terms, SLAs and conditions remain fully valid with no changes required.

No. You will continue to work with the same account managers and support staff as today.

Please continue paying into the same bank account as before, but you will need to change the trading name from Etron to andwis entrances. Other banking details remain unchanged.

Most importantly, there is no change to our banking details. Please continue to remit payments to the same account used previously. We simply ask that you update your records to reflect our new trading name, andwis entrances.

You will begin to notice:

  • Updated branding on documentation, job sheets, invoices, emails and vehicles
  • New email signatures with new branding.
  • Email addresses changing to @andwis-entrances.com
  • Updated andwis entrances uniforms for all field staff

No disruption is expected. The trading name change supports a wider internal alignment of systems but does not affect your service level or the delivery of maintenance, repairs or callouts.

Only the branding will change. All documents will begin using the andwis entrances logo from 10th August. The structure and delivery method remain the same.

Yes, one simple update: Please update your internal records to show our trading name as andwis entrances from 10th August. No other customer actions are required.

Our internal policies, safety procedures, and commitment to service excellence remain unchanged.

The most visible change will be our branding.

Over time, you will see our engineers wearing andwis entrances uniforms and driving vehicles branded with the andwis entrance logo.

Our proposals, invoices, documentation, and other materials will also gradually transition to the andwis entrances brand identity.

Looking ahead, the rebranding will lay the foundations to leverage the strengths of the businesses that form our Group. As the various specialised companies within the andwis Group come together, our long-term ambition is to move toward a single, unified entity.

This evolution will allow us to offer you a more seamless, comprehensive service while maintaining the local expertise you value.
