Our doors can be constructed in various types of ironmongery in a range of sizes, with a number of features available including vision panels, louvres, and side and overpanels.

All our steel hinged doors – both fire rated and security rated – are manufactured using the highest quality materials. We offer an extensive range of finishes to suit your needs, including polyester powder coated finish to any BS or RAL colour.

All our steel hinged door products are fully certified to both UK and European test standards:

• BS EN1631-1 and DIN4102 fire test standards
• Up to 240 minutes integrity and 90 minutes insulation in all conventional door configurations
• ISO 12567-1 thermal insulation, conforming to Building Regulations
• Approved Document L2:2002
• ISO140-3 acoustic test standard up to Rw 55dB
• ENV1627 security test standard up to WK4

Steel hinged fire rated doors

A robust alternative to the more common timber fire rated doors, our fire rated steel doors are custom-made to suit individual requirements. Not to be confused with fire exit doors, steel hinged fire doors are often found along corridors in commercial and industrial buildings. Each one is independently tested and certified, with available fire ratings ranging from 30 to 240 minutes. 

Security rated steel hinged doors

Designed for situations where building security is of paramount importance, our security rated steel hinged doors are suited for remote unmanned locations, or buildings containing highly sensitive or valuable contents. 

Our steel doors are independently tested and certified with security ratings, ranging from SR1 to SR4. They are designed to withstand attacks from heavy duty tools, such as disk grinders, sledge hammers, crowbars and drills.
